This 1919 Richard Requa designed home underwent a full renovation, which included removal of older renovations done during the 1940’s that clashed with the original style of the house. In addition, the inviting hardscape was transformed to include a gazebo, loggia, water feature, outdoor kitchen and a bar. The landscape was replaced with a low water use garden, using monument features, trellised flowering plants, and tile curbed pathways to draw attention to the sight lines of the house.
